Refund policy
We understand that sizing when shopping online can be difficult. In the case of purchase of a wrong sized item, we will happily exchange or refund when the claim is made within 10 business days from purchase. Item must be in original condition / unused, complete with original packaging, hang tags & proof of purchase. TDUB is not responsible for the return shipping costs. To arrange / confirm a return or exchange please email us at thetdubcrew@gmail.com.
Occasionally a faulty item slips through our inspection & ends up in your hands! If your product has arrived with a fault, please email thetdubcrew@gmail.com with your order number & fault details (including photos). Our team will arrange a return & replacement. You will need to return the original item with all tags in place and will be compensated for postage. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.
Unfortunately we can not offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind.

Step 1: Email us with your Order Number and request a refund / exchange.
Step 2: Send your item/s back to the below address, using your preferred shipping carrier. This is at your expense. We recommend choosing a service that is trackable.
