Terms of service

Pre Order means that the product is not currently in stock. You can place an order as per normal if you'd like to secure your size before the item sells out.

As it is not currently in stock, you will need to read the item description carefully to decide if you can wait for the expected arrival date.

This date is an expected delivery date given to us by the supplier. TDUB is not held liable for any delays outside of our control.

TDUB Gear ranges will be produced in small quantities and will only be available until sold out. If demand is high on certain items / sizes they may sell out completely via Pre Order before they physically arrive in stock.

Please take extra care when placing your order.  All pre order sales are final and cannot be modified. In an event where your order is no longer required, a store credit will be issued. No refunds on order cancellations.   

Any other items purchased with a pre order item will be sent within our normal postage terms.  Pre Order items will be sent separately by Regular Post upon arrival.

You will receive an email confirmation when the item is shipped. You will receive updates on the expected delivery dates if there are any major changes.
